ah ok, nun hab ichs - auch, dass ich hier in Deutsch zu schreiben habe.

Ja ,XML sieht gut aus.
Was ich noch nicht verstanden habe ist, wie ich dies nun wieder - ohne 
Oberfläche, sondern per php script - importieren kann. Was ist mit CLI 
gemeint?
