Diese Funktion gibt's immer noch, aber nicht auf Zeile 412. Da war sie
übrigens auch nie!

Ist nicht nötig, gibt's schon seit 3.6.0:
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['GFX']['gdlib_2'] = 'no_imagecopyresized_fix';

Ist sogar im Install Tool beschrieben.
