[Typo3-UG Oesterreich] Extension Manager

[Alfred Stranimaier]

Account ist angelegt und wurde auch schon erfolgreich benutzt bzw.
hat ja bereits bei früheren Installationen funktioniert.
In der neuen Installation hab ich zusätzlich Informix ins PHP einkompiliert.
