Wie stellst du dir das vor? WAI ist kein "Feature", das ein einbauen 
kann, sondern ein eine "Initative" für Accessible Websites:

Um festzustellen, ob eine Site WAI-compliant ist und wie man compliance 
erreicht, gibts Checklisten, Guidelines usw. see: http://www.w3.org/WAI/

Das hat mit Typo3 ja gar nichts direkt zu tun, sondern einfach damit, 
wie man Websites konzipiert und gestaltet.

Aber ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass diese CMSmatrix als WAI-Compliant 
die Möglichkeit, den Images alt-texte zu verpassen, meint. Und das geht 
ja mit mehreren Methoden (auch mit einer Extension). Oft wird ja nicht 
mehr als das für die Accessibility getan.
