hatte nie probleme damit...anyway, jetzt hab ich welche...er findet
imagemagick nicht...komisch, da es mein server ist...muss mal suchen
wo sich das jetzt versteckt...

allerdings:

GDLib found 
PNG supported 
---> JPG supported (not used by Typo3)
GIF / PNG issues 
Typo3 prefers the use of GIF-files and most likely your visitors on your website does too as not all browsers support PNG yet.
 
weshalb "not used by typo"?
