Gerhard,

Christophs Beispiel ist sicherlich komfortabler, weil Du damit das Bild als 
Ressource der Seite (Seitentyp Erweitert) bequem 'reinladen kannst;
Wenn Du's manuell machen willst, aenderst christophs beispiel eben auf:

# setup
   ...
   10.file = {$topImg}
   ...
   20 = TEXT
   20.value = {$topImgText}

und auf jeder Seite dann ein zusaetzliches template mit:

# constants
topImg = fileadmin/images/top_img/pic_55.jpg
topImgText = blubber-cgc-text
