[Typo3-UG Oesterreich] Hilfe Header legend ERROR

Hi Tugalist!

Ich habe da  ein sehr großes Problem
beim Typo3 Install Tool habe ich seit 2 Tagen
eine Fehlermeldung:

Warning!
Indicates that something may very well cause trouble and you should 
definitely look into it before proceeding.
This indicates a potential error.

Error!
Indicates that something is definitely wrong and that TYPO3 will most 
likely not perform as expected if this problem is not solved.
This indicates an actual error.

Zusätzlich kann ich weder ins Backend (leere Seite) noch ins Frontend 
(leere Seite)

Hilfe bitte ganz dringend.
