I am a newbie!

Is there any plug-in for document-management ??
For exsample:

http://www.bscw.de/index.html  BSCW 4.0 from "Fauenhofer Institut"
or
http://www.documentum.de/

Target should be, a place reserved for useres and/or groups, to store 
individual files (listed like windows explorer ??) p.e. Teamwork ..., 
projects,... .
