[Typo3-UG Allgaeu] Rich Text Editor

Hi,
this is my first mail to this mailinglist, so please tell me if it´s 
allright to send you messages like this.

I just installed the standard "Rich Text Editor" ...
Affter Installation the Option of editing text with it displayed under 
the textparts...
But when I clicked "edit with RTE" I only had the possibility to enter 
text and enter html like in a normal texteditor...  The features 
displayed in the Tutorial were not available... like colour, 
links,textsize and other stuff...

I would be very pleased if anybody could tell me how to enable these 
features...
