This is more a meta list. forum.typo3.org states:

The list / forum was opened, as there is no other place to discuss
about TYPO3 (community)'s non-technical aspects.

Unfortunately, some people are not able to read or understand this.

Maybe the problem is that this is the first list on the web site?
Maybe we just move it downwards a little bit? I think I give that a try.
