Yeah, but only because germans have to rant about everything!!!

Seriously, in most the case there is a big distinction between the 
things people do and the things people say. ;-)

I agree that the current situation is not perfect but we working on it. 
I'm sure there will be a solution in the future.
Whining does not help at all!
