Bikes are fine, but have the same problem like feet when it rains: you'll get wet.

And how many bikes should be rent? First-come-first-serve makes little sense. I don't mind 10 bucks for the shuttle because I think there's a good chance I can use the service. I don't think many will benefit from public bikes.
