i really like the bus shuttle idea and +10 € fee is fine for me for 
having this service in the mentioed time slots

What about having additional a hand full of bikes (like 3 to 5) the 
whole day for everybody to use.
Might be useful when you for a quick ride back to the hostel (imagaing 
you forgot your power supply)
