[Neos] Future code sprints

Hey everybody,

just to let you know: After T3CON on the way home, we (sandstorm|media)
thought about organizing a code sprint in Dresden -- if you'd like that :-)

Tobias will most certainly do most of the organizing, finding a venue +
hotels etc. Time frame would be somewhen next year; but we'll soonishly
start looking for locations and the like.
