[Neos] Multilanguage Pagetree

if someone already realized a site containing a language substructure by pagenodes /de /en f.e. 
it would be nice to see how you did it to build up the locale for pages bekow these node.
how to get the locale into the context etc.

- do you allways fetch the locale from request headers (autodetect) or do you use some routing stuff?
- how to use locale in ts?
- how to build up a siteroot as shortcut redirecting to the /de or /en pagebranch?
- ...
- ...
