different solutions are suggested. One of found suggestions was to switch off opcache.fast_shutdown. So for now I set opcache.fast_shutdown=0 and will be monitoring if it helps... (somehow was On by default on CentOS 6 installed from remi-php55 packages, although PHP.net says it's Off by default) M.
