[Neos] [Team] General discussion meeting

Hi all,

as we already discussed during the code sprint we want to setup a
bi-weekly online discussion to get bigger topics tackled without
extending the daily meetings.

There is a general wiki page for this meetings to always plan the next
meeting: http://wiki.typo3.org/TYPO3_Neos-DiscussionMeetings

On that page you find the link to the doodle to decide upon a first
meeting date/time, also it would be great if you could add your topics
there as well.

I will keep track of the doodle and the topics and try to finalize the
date as soon as we have enough answers. Then I can see to invite people
based on topics to be discussed and prepare an agenda.

Everyone can suggest topics for he meeting, not only team members. So if
you have something to discuss with the team, want to plan some bigger
contribution then add yourself and I will try to schedule that.
