True in terms of the technical side. Planning relationships span many different parts, flows and channels of digital format - so I think primarily we need to make people think in a certain way. But I also completely agree with you that if there are anything in terms of standards that could help, somehow - we should dig into that. I'm trying to find all kinds of ressources about this at the moment.

For example: register who (a be user) is responsible for mantaining a page and show him/her in the intranet when his/her pages were last modified and which need to be checked. This goes beyond the name and email address of the author of a page we have now.

True.

It would be fantastic to include the technical side here - as I'm not really deep into that part. I'm not entirely sure on how to proceed - if you have an idea about how to move on, I'd love to hear.

We're looking at it from two different sides - which is great! I'm trying to get my head around this from the end-user perspective, answering the simple question of: Ehm, in what software do I actually do CXM and relationship planning? Could I bounce off ideas about this to you - to get the technical aspect sanity-checked along the way?

Best,
Rasmus
