yes, seems like it. As I don't have a Windows machine with PHP6 at  
hand, can you check the output of $packagesDirectoryIterator- 
 >getPathName() in T3P_Framework_Package_Manager line 199? I suppose  
it's the directory iterator which sneaks in the backslash.
