I had the same problem when I tried FLOW3 alpha 13. I just made it work by removing the Testing package from Packages/Framework/<br>

The error in line 26 of Testing/Classes/BaseTestCase.php class require 'PHPUnit/Autoload.php' but PHPUnit package is not there anymore in the framework. What is the Testing package using for?<br>
