You should be able to use them when you create a model which incorporates a file upload.<br>
When creating a link to such a resource, the link is placed to _Resources/Persistent/<some sha1 hash><br>
More info on this in the can be found in the Resource Management section of the FLOW3 manual [1], more specific in 7.5 Resource Publishing<br>
