[FLOW3-announce] FLOW3 1.0.0 alpha 11 and TYPO3 Phoenix Sprint 3 released

the core team is delighted to announce the release of the eleventh alpha release of FLOW3 and the third sprint release of TYPO3 Phoenix.

FLOW3 development was driven by the needs of TYPO3 Phoenix, but one major change is the new I18n component developed by Karol Gusak during this year's Google Summer of Code project. The full release notes can be found at:
