[FLOW3-general] Scripts::executeCommand - Undefined index: core

Hi list,

I am a newbie of typo3 flow. Using flow3 1.1.0 I have a problem when i 
run a command to execute another command.

// Code
use TYPO3\FLOW3\Core\Booting\Scripts;
..

Scripts::executeCommand('typo3.flow3:cache:flush', $this->settings, FALSE);

..
// End

Error:
Uncaught Exception
   Notice: Undefined index: core in
   /../../Packages/Framework/TYPO3.FLOW3/Classes/Core/Booting/Scripts.php
   line 498

Did I miss the configuration or code line? Any hint to resolve this problem?
