[FLOW3-general] static db table content

Hi David,

i do bulk import lots of csv data to objects which then are persisted to 
database. This objects have integer references to some simple strings 
from another csv. This has been made because of normalization mostly i 
think.

Does Flow support fixtures? I think that could work.
