[FLOW3-general] Suggested folder structure for public resources

Hey Guys :)

I prefer Scripts over Javascript as well. And to be honest, i Kind of like
the idea of Styles instead of Stylesheets as well.
Libraries makes Sense of as well of course, Thats the Way i do ist as well.
